Friday, February 18th, 2011As of 4pm Central, February 17 our toll-free numbers have been disconnected. I apologize to anyone trying to reach us.

800-233-3721 (This is our original number in use since early 1980’s and is given out to most contacts)
888-726-3528 (888-RAM FLAT) Used on ramflat.com
866-895-3283 (866-VYLEATER) Used in advertisements and vyleater.com
877-726-3528 (877-RAM FLAT) (This is only used with Thomas Register and TR Online)
In my infinite wisdom, I decided after 5 years to change phone carriers from TDS Metrocom to Time-Warner. As usually happens with things this important Time-Warner forgot to have the numbers moved and TDS decided they had had enough of me (I guess) and promptly disconnected all the numbers within 2 hours of the swtichover.
Time-Warner is working furiously but turning the switch back on may not occur until Monday (2/21) or Tuesday (2/22).
